Usaf User Agreement

Consortium Management Group Inc., Washington, D.C., has secured another transaction agreement for $US 98,567,402 to develop prototypes for a resilient integrated global positioning system. This agreement provides for rapid prototyping activities including the development of detailed design prototypes, production representative prototypes, unique engineering, contractor travel and the development of a technical data set. The works are listed in Washington, D.C; and Huntsville, Alabama, and is expected to be completed on March 30, 2023. This price is the result of a competitive acquisition and three bids were received. Research, development, testing and evaluation funds for fiscal year 2020, in the amount of $30,000,000, are held at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contract activity (FA8576-20-9-0001). Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Mission Systems, Rolling Meadows, Illinois, received a maximum fixed-price delivery order of $19,689,152 (SPRPA1-20-F-KF0F) against a five-year base contract (SPE4A1-16-G-0005) for guardian laser transmitters and counter-measures to support the Common Avionics program. This was an acquisition from a single source, using 10 U.S. Memorandum of Reasons.C 2304(c)(1), as set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a two-year contract with no option periods. The venue for the performance is Illinois, with an August 14, 2022, the closing date of the performance. Military service is the navy.

The nature of the funds are the Navy`s working capital from 2020 to 2022. The client is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
