2. The parties may, by written agreement, extend the time limit for the performance of an obligation of this agreement, unless another provision of this agreement opposes such an extension. ii. The CTCC, CTCC Corporate members and all reporting agencies and the CPA will reach an agreement on the assignment report in accordance with the provisions of this agreement. H. Individual subjects who make firm donations to Scientology churches are considered third-party beneficiaries of this Section VII and are entitled to enforce its conditions in administrative or judicial proceedings. These individual tax payers are not charged upon receipt of taxable income under any of the provisions of this agreement. B. The CTCC is doing everything in its power to obtain voluntary dismissal, infringing all disputes listed in Exhibits II-1 and II-2, to the extent that they are litigants who are not Scientology companies or individual members of the CTCC.
